The PSA is excited to announce that we have repackaged our reclassification courses in response to members’ feedback about how they would like to see these courses run.

The courses arein two parts with the first part a one hour lunch and learn. This part will cover the fundamentals of the reclassification process focusing on how to best outline your case.

The second part is a half day workshop for members who have already attended the first session to work through their application with support and peer feedback.

Members do not need to attend these sessions consecutively, that is, after you have attended the lunch and learn you can attend any future workshop which suits your calendar.

Leave for part 2 of this course is covered under trade union training leave. Members are entitled to 10 days paid trade union training leave every two years.
