Urgent Update | Tafe SA | Updated Document Received | “Student Experience Transformation” Restructure Workload Assessment Information | Member Feedback Sought

05 November 2019

TAFE SA has now provided an updated Workload Assessment Summary as requested by the PSA as a result of the conciliation conference held in the South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET) on 23 October 2019. The updated Workload Assessment Summary contains information regarding each Business Unit, which consolidates the previous information provided in July 2019 regarding the Targeted Voluntary Separation Package exits at that time, and current information regarding the new structure. TAFE SA has also extended the consultation period as a result.

While the other documents were correct, the PSA provides them all again below for clarity:

The documents for review are as follows:

Please forward any comments to PSA by email about the following:

  •  Workload Summary and the Ernst Young Standardising Process Report Summary, by close of business Thursday 7 November 2019
  •  Draft TORs for the LWCFs, by close of business Friday 8 November 2019

This timeframe will allow comments to be included in a collated and non-identifying PSA response.

Members can also provide feedback at the PSA metropolitan TAFE SA campus walk-arounds, or the PSA’s country campus video/teleconference as per the PSA Meeting Notices issued 29 and 30 October 2019.
