Tafe SA - Proposed Transfers of Specific Workgroups from Finance and Performance and Office of the Chief Executive - Member Feedback Sought

TAFE SA has invited the Public Service Association (PSA) to provide feedback about the proposed transfer of the following workgroups:

  •  Transfer of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) in Finance and Performance to the Governance and Research Business Unit.
  •  Transfer of the of the Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) workgroup in Finance and Performance to the Governance and Research Business Unit.
  •  Transfer of the Media and Communications workgroup in the Office Of the Chief Executive to Business Development Business Unit.



TAFE SA advises that information has been provided to all employees in those affected workgroups which outlines the number of employees with a direct affect in terms of proposed reporting line changes; the details of the proposed changes; and the rationale behind the proposed changes.

TAFE SA also advises that where a staff member has commenced leave, a Human Resource Business Partner will make contact and provide them with information regarding the proposal and the consultation timeframes.

The PSA is seeking feedback by email from members to include in the PSA's response to the employer. Please forward any comments to PSA by email by close of business Thursday 3 January 2019 to allow them to be included in a collated and non-identifying manner in the PSA's response.
