Shared Services | Changes to Accounts Receivable and Document Capture: Feedback Sought

The PSA has been advised of Shared Services’ intention to make changes in the Accounts Receivable and Document Capture units.

Members are invited to provide their feedback directly to the PSA so that it can be de-identified and sent collectively to management.

Specifically the PSA is seeking feedback about the proposed reduction in overall staff numbers through the removal of labour hire temporary staff members and the changes to reporting lines.
