Proposed Generic Role Descriptions And Standardised Position Titles

SA Pharmacy are proposing to standardise role descriptions and position titles across most of the organisation with the view to streamline and simplify classifications, roles and responsibilities, and to support staff flexibility, career progression and succession planning.

The proposed changes were initiated in response to staff feedback as part of development of a Workforce Roadmap.

The proposed generic role descriptions and standardised position titles reflect SA Pharmacy’s predominant function of hospital-based pharmacy services.
