ICT Transformation Program Update

13 January 2017

The PSA has received a response from the Premier about ICT members' concerns about the outsourcing of ICT services across the SA Public Service. The major concerns of members have gone largely unaddressed. It seems that this drive is based on an ideological belief of the Government that ICT should not be a core component of government business. You can read the full letter here.

The next ICT Member's Network will be held on Thursday 19 January 2017 at 12pm – if you work in ICT and have not yet joined the network you still can by emailing the PSA

The “Keep Your Personal Information in Safe Hands” petition is still open if you have not already signed it you can do so here. If you have signed it, please share it with your family and friends! There has already been strong support from workers from the public service who are concerned about what will happen if you are not there to keep doing the fantastic job you do.

Not a Member? To ensure that you have a say about this process it is important now more than ever to join your union, the Public Service Association. You can join online at http://www.cpsu.asn.au/membership/join-now/psa-application-form.
