Housing Improvement Branch Update

Further to the PSA writing to the Housing SA about changes to operational practices within the Housing Improvement Branch and the Department confirming a willingness to undertake further consultation, attached are two documents from the Department:

 

 

1.      An explanation paper containing information presented to Housing Improvement Branch (HIB) staff at a team meeting by Paul Reardon, Director Property and Contract Management.

 

2.      An amended version of the initial Process Improvements document. It reflects the changes discussed with HIOs at the last consultation session that was facilitated where their feedback was considered in relation to the proposed handwritten method.

 

 

Currently the PSA and Housing SA are attempting to meet within July to progress this matter and welcome any further comments from members.

 

 

The PSA will advise members of further meetings when details are available.
