Flexible Arrangement Unsatisfactory

08 January 2016

The Public Service Association (PSA) has responded to the DCSI offer for a workplace flexibility agreement (WFA) as unsatisfactory. The PSA has proposed improvements to the offer that could be negotiated, and await a reasonable offer.

PSA members deserve to be treated respectfully with a fair arrangement for breaks that continues to promote a safe workplace environment for all staff and residents.

See PSA response here.

During 2015 the AYTC PSA members campaigned for a safe and secure environment for residents and staff, including undertaking industrial action.

Looking to the year ahead it will be the collective strength and united action of members that will achieve the best outcomes and safest environment. The PSA will be making arrangements for members meetings and meeting with your PSA Worksite Reps to discuss strategies to resolving workplace concerns and all outstanding matters. Please provide your concerns and feedback to your PSA Worksite Reps or the PSA.
