Department for Health and Wellbeing | Public Health and Clinical Systems | Budget Savings Strategy

The Public Service Association (PSA) has now been advised of the proposed outcome of the review of Public Health and Clinical Systems (PHCS), Department for Health and Wellbeing to meet budget saving requirements 2018-2020 as specified by the State Government.

The PSA was formally advised (here) the proposed changes will focus on natural attrition, reduction of vacant FTE, goods and services, as well as voluntary employee reductions in contracted hours.

Consultation has commenced and feedback has now been extended to 11 January 2019. Members who have any comments or concerns can email PSA.
