DCSI - Materially Affected Principles

17 July 2017

DCSI has developed a process for managing materially affected staff (“the Materially Affected Process”) through which it is proposed that employees’ roles will be identified as impacted by the NDIS reforms and referred to the Office for Public Sector (OPS) to commence case management, in an effort to secure alternative Public Sector employment or assist employees with job readiness.

To apply this process, a set of draft Materially Affected Principles have been created. These Principles outline the obligations of DCSI, the employee and the OPS throughout the Materially Affected Process, as well as DCSI’s commitment to provide employees with support. The draft Materially Affected Principles are attached here.

If you would like to provide feedback to the PSA please do so by close of business 20 July 2017 to the PSA.
