COVID-19: Precautions and Changes Within PSA Member Benefits Centre

The safety and health of our members, staff and the wider community is our top priority. Although this unprecedented situation is complex and changing daily, we are committed to continuing service and assistance to our members, while protecting our members, our community and each other. Please take note of the following updates within the Member Benefits area due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PSA Member Benefits Centre – Ground Floor, PSA Office, 122 Pirie Street, Adelaide

The PSA Member Benefits Centre will be closed indefinitely from 4:45pm on Friday 27 March 2020.

Members may want to consider purchasing an extra Metrocard to charge, and topping up your existing card, to cover yourselves during the close down. No Metrocard purchases or recharges will be available during the closure.

All gift cards can still be purchased by emailing the Member Benefits team at or by phone on 8205 3200.
Please note, these orders will be distributed by post only. The option to collect from the Member Benefits Centre will not be available.

The PSA is currently attempting to keep our Holiday Homes available for bookings, pending further updates from the government.

As you would already be aware, cleaning products are in high demand and in short supply. Caretakers are now not able to source sufficient items which would normally be available during stays at a PSA Holiday Home, including toilet paper.

Please note that members will need to bring their own supplies of these items during this time and until further notice.
