Community Corrections - Proposed Workplace Flexibility Agreement for Intensive Compliance Unit | 13th Programmed Day Off

The Public Service Association (PSA) has recently received formal correspondence (here) from the Department for Correctional Services (DCS) regarding the proposal to implement a Workplace Flexibility Agreement (WFA) (here) for processing the 13th (or 14th) Programmed Day Off (PDO) for employees within the Intensive Compliance Unit who are rostered over 7 days.

A consultative process will need to be undertaken by DCS regarding this proposal following which all affected employees will be required to vote on the final proposal.

The PSA encourages affected members to read the documentation and provide feedback. The PSA will review the WFA to ensure that it is in similar terms as the WFA agreed by your custodial colleagues previously.
