CHRIS 21 Project - "Go Live" Date - CHSA

The CHRIS 21 implementation date for employees paid from the Wakefield Database of Country Health SA is scheduled for Monday 4 April 2016.

The Public Service Association (PSA) has made it clear during consultation regarding the implementation of CHRIS 21 that any negative impact on employees will not be tolerated.

Put simply, no member can be disadvantaged or adversely impacted upon by any transition. The PSA has been advised that contingency plans have been put in place in the event of significant issues occurring. Any contingency plan must include early intervention and back-up processes to further protect employees.

It is essential that all protections and processes are in place to enable a smooth transition.
