CFS - PSA Lodges a Dispute

24 February 2017

The Public Service Association (PSA) has today lodged a dispute with the South Australia Industrial Relations Commission (SAIRC) with regard to the issue of incorrect allocation of leave entitlements by the Country Fire Service (CFS).

At the recent meeting of all PSA members from across the state, it was overwhelmingly endorsed to have the matter listed in the SAIRC seeking to have the matter resolved.

Members are further advised that the PSA contacted and wrote to the Chief Officer Mr Greg Nettleton

requesting that no action be take by the agency whilst the matter is in dispute and status quo has been confirmed by CFS.

The PSA letter is here and the CFS reply can be found here.

The PSA will continue to keep all members updated as we seek a satisfactory resolution to this matter
