CALHN has announced that it will be aligning the Human Resource Operations and Employee and Industrial Relations teams into the new CALHN Organisational Structure.

The key changes include the merging of the two workgroups into an “Employee Relations” team; the creation of generic role decriptions for Employee Relations Business Partners; and the creation of two new temporary Principal Team Lead positions.
