Both units sleep 6. Both have a Quen Size Bed in the main bedroom. Unit 16 has 2 Bunk Beds in the 2nd bedroom. Unit 20 has 1 Bunk Bed in the 2nd bedroom with1 single bed with trubdle in the 3rd bedroom.
